Ayurveda is the traditional Hindu system of medicine (incorporated in Atharva Veda, the last of the four Vedas), which is based on the idea of balance in bodily systems and uses light massage. oils, diet, herbal treatment, and yogic breathing.

In Ayurvedic medicine, marma points are anatomical locations in your body where a concentration of life energy exists. Marma points are said to contain the three doshas: vata (air and space) kapha (earth and water). There are many of these, the main 125 are focused on in our sessions these are located around the head, waist, shoulder blades and feet.
