In 2008, I trained and qualified in manual lymph drainage massage. This skin to skin hand to body contact opened a door that led me to an unexpected, deeply spiritual, very personal holistic journey. A change was in the air that nothing and no one could stop.

*Reiki became my protector and along with meditation joined the dots between the 'tri' (BODY, MIND, SPIRIT) that makes up all beings. Within a year I became a practioner progressing to Reiki Master Teacher with direct and unbroken lineage to *Mikao Usui the creator of Reiki and author of *The Original Reiki Handbook of Dr.Mikao Usui. I travelled to Lincolnshire to complete my *Equine Reiki with  *Sarah Berrisford (*epona equine reiki)  the creator of Equine reiki and author of *The handbook of Equine Reiki:Animal Reiki for Horses (Usui Reiki lineage). I then travelled to Essex to complete my *Five Element Reiki training with Tina Shaw (Usui Reiki lineage).

As my understanding of how we communicate internally with via our *endocrine system I understood the way each gland created negative and positive body functionality via the endocrine system, often in the most extreme ways. I studied the works of Arnold Berthold & Robert Rubin (winner of the Noble Prize for his research into the enochrine system). I wanted to understand fully how trauma effects our functionality as I had previously experienced the way *psychological trauma directly trigger *physiological illness (eg *alopecia, *IBS, *stomach ulcers,  *heart disease, *insomnia, *strokes, *IBS, *psoriasis, and *tumours & shingles to name just a few). I saw that just as the power of trauma can trigger these illnesses subconsciously, we have the power within us to stop them consciously. Bringing the mind to a state of deep inner peace and total balance, BEING not doing, taking a journey INSIDE, lifting the lids off every pot in a safe place until there is noting left in any of them. Forgetting what was in them in the first place and leaving the past where it belongs 

I became fascinated by the *pineal gland with all its myths and mysteries (both human and alien). More doors to opened. I became passionate about Metamorphic Technique (a combination of head, hand and foot 'light touch' therapy), this is the most singularly effective 'healing tool' I know. I became a Practitioner in 2004 incorporating the clinical studies and teachings of Robert St John who initially developed this therapy. He ducumented its results and wrote *Metamorphic Technique (well worth a read). I then developed my practical skills and formal qualification under the direct lineage of Gaston Saint-Pierre author of *Universal Priniciples and the Metamorphic Technique: Keys to Healing and enlightenment. This led me into the world of  *Cranial Sacral Therapy and Cranial *Osteopathy and back to the magical mystical pineal gland but that's another story.
